Mortgages and Equity Release advice

Mortgages including Buy to Let

We charge a fee of £200 at the outset to cover the cost of fact-finding, researching product options, and sourcing a suitable mortgage.

Should you proceed with an application for a mortgage recommended by Rouse Limited, we will charge a fee of £250 upon completion.

We may receive commission from the mortgage lender in addition to the fee we charge you, which will be disclosed in the Key Facts Illustration (KFI) or European Standardised Information Sheet (ESIS) you receive in relation to your chosen mortgage.

If you do not proceed with the mortgage and we have not carried out any fact-finding or research for you, you will receive a full refund.  However, if we have completed the fact-finding process and carried out research, then no refund will be made.

If we are paid commission by one or more mortgage lenders, you have the right to request information on the levels of commission we will receive from different lenders in relation to any mortgage product recommended.

Equity Release

We charge a fee of £250 at the outset to cover the cost of fact-finding, researching product options, and sourcing a suitable Equity Release product.  Should you proceed with an application for an Equity Release product recommended by Rouse Limited, we will charge a fee of £600 upon completion.

We may receive commission from the Equity Release provider in addition to the fee we charge you, which will be disclosed in the Key Facts Illustration (KFI) you receive in relation to your chosen product.

If you do not proceed with the Equity Release product and we have not carried out any fact-finding or research for you, you will receive a full refund.  However, if we have completed the fact-finding process and carried out research, then no refund will be made.

If we are paid commission by one or more Equity Release product providers, you have the right to request information on the levels of commission we will receive from different providers in relation to any Equity Release product recommended.
