Paying for our services

Our initial consultation is always free. If you decide to proceed with us, Rouse Limited typically charges an initial fee of £150, followed by a fee of £250 upon completion for a standard residential or Buy to Let mortgage.

We are also paid a procuration fee by the mortgage lender.

This combination of fees covers the cost of the fact-finding process, our research, presenting our recommendation and processing your application through to completion. Please ask us about our fees for advising upon and arranging Equity Release products.
