We’re a friendly financial planning firm seeking candidates who want to challenge themselves in a growing, adaptive and supportive team. We are committed to continuous professional development and offer a clear path to facilitate this, allowing staff to shape their futures. Our working environment is relaxed but professional and we aim to provide a good work life balance.

We are looking for our team to be office based to complement our collaborative approach.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including comprehensive health cover, private portable pension scheme, income protection, critical illness and life cover.

Whether you’re starting your journey in financial services or are perhaps a self-employed Financial Adviser (who, with your clients, would welcome the opportunity to benefit from the valuable administration and paraplanning support you may not currently have), there is a range of routes to becoming part of the Rouse team.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Account Administrators

Key skills: proven administrative and numerical skills, a keen eye for detail, an ability to effectively manage your workload, and a confidence when communicating with our clients and product providers.

The scope of work: liaising with our clients and the administration of a wide range of financial planning products, with the aim of providing a high quality service.

Level 4 Qualified Paraplanners

Key skills: a keen eye for detail, the ability to take ownership of your workload, a confidence to listen to your instincts, a robustness to express ideas, and the ability to think creatively.

The scope of work: a challenging, diverse research and report writing workload, covering advice on a wide range of investments, pensions and other financial planning products, to support our approach to strategic financial planning.

Qualified Financial Planners and Advisers

Key Skills: qualified to at least Certified Financial Planner™ level, and a minimum of three years’ experience in providing client-facing advice, a diligent and professional approach, and the ability to communicate at all levels.

The scope of work: delivering a wide range of financial planning advice across investments, pensions, inheritance tax planning and retirement planning; strengthening existing client relationships by reacting to an array of client queries promptly and professionally; and building new client relationships for the longer term growth of the business.
