We have a collaborative approach to work so from our Account Administrators to our Chartered Financial Planners, and all stops in between, every member of the Rouse team is an important part of our clients’ wealth management.

Account Administrators

Key skills: proven administrative and numerical skills, a keen eye for detail, an ability to effectively manage your workload, and a confidence when communicating with our clients and product providers.

The scope of work: liaising with our clients and the administration of a wide range of financial planning products, with the aim of providing a high-quality service.

Paraplanners

Key skills: a keen eye for detail, the ability to take ownership of your workload, a confidence to listen to your instincts, a robustness to express ideas, and the ability to think creatively.

The scope of work: a challenging, diverse research and report writing workload, covering advice on a wide range of investments, pensions and other financial planning products, to support our approach to strategic financial planning.

Qualified Financial Planners and Advisers

Key Skills: a diligent and professional approach, and the ability to communicate at all levels.

The scope of work: delivering a wide range of financial planning advice across investments, pensions, inheritance tax planning and retirement planning; strengthening existing client relationships by reacting to an array of client queries promptly and professionally; and building new client relationships for the longer-term growth of the business.
