Coronavirus – our response

Friday 20th March 2020

As you are aware, the Government has announced its latest plans to suppress the spread of the Covid19 virus – we would now like to update you on how we are responding during this challenging time.

Firstly, we are keeping up to date with all the guidelines recommended by the Government and the World Health Organisation and are ensuring that we follow them.

Although there will be further announcements with more interventions, we believe we have appropriate contingency plans in place to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the best possible service, while at the same time promoting protection for you and our staff.

Our first response within the office has been to put in place additional stringent hygiene measures.  As further protection, we would ask that you agree to the postponement of face-to-face meetings and, if delivering any documentation to the office, that you simply deposit it through the letterbox.

Rest assured though, our advisers and technical team are readily available on the telephone to discuss your financial planning arrangements and any concerns you may have, as well as to receive messages via Nutshell (your personal finance portal).

Indeed, unless unwell, all our staff will continue in their individual job roles, whether they are in the office or at home, where they will also be able to receive telephone calls and electronic messages.

Please note that, on the matter of post delivered by Royal Mail, our staff will deal with this as quickly as possible, although it is inevitable that deliveries will be affected.

We do feel confident that we can continue to provide you with an ongoing and efficient service during this time of health and financial crisis and we appreciate your support in our efforts.

We wish you, your family and friends the best of health.
