This year, for the third year running, we were proud to sponsor Schools Walk the Wight, in support of Mountbatten Isle of Wight.

This event is a great opportunity for schools across the Island to come together and raise funds for a charity that provides such valuable care and support to the local community.

This year, Gurnard Primary School raised an amazing £4,421 and was awarded the trophy for raising the most sponsorship money. Our director, Lisa Butler, was delighted to present the trophy to the school and congratulated them on their fantastic fundraising efforts. The total raised across all Island schools was £54,000.

Congratulations again to Gurnard and well done to every school that took part, as well as to Mountbatten Isle of Wight for organising such a fantastic event.

The sign-up for Schools Walk the Wight 2027 opens in January and it would be great if even more schools and children take part, raising valuable funds for Mountbatten Isle of Wight.
