Over the past few years this initiative has proved to be a resounding success with three of our paraplanning team embarking on the programme. We are proud that Georgia Whittle and Josh Asher have both achieved a Distinction and our latest apprentice, Harry Collier, is well on the road to mirroring this achievement. We’re excited to see how this initiative continues to shape the future of our team and the wider industry.

The apprenticeship course spans two years, during which participants engage in a structured blend of on-the-job training and academic study. This approach not only equips them with a robust foundation of industry knowledge but also fosters their personal and professional growth.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the programme has been witnessing the transformation of our apprentices. We’ve seen remarkable growth in their confidence and expertise. This progression sets them on the right track, providing a clear pathway towards achieving their Diploma in Financial Planning, while also obtaining a specialised paraplanning qualification.

By cultivating skilled professionals, we are ensuring that our clients continue to receive the highest standard of support and advice. Our paraplanners support our financial planners by handling much of the detailed, behind-the-scenes work involved in creating and managing financial plans for our clients. Their role is critical to ensuring the quality and accuracy of our advice.
